Role Summary - Retail and Shopper Marketing Manager

A key contributor to the growth of Graze’s retail business in the US. Build demand through in-store and online shopper marketing activities and out of store demand-driving initiatives.

Key Responsibilities - Retail and Shopper Marketing Manager

  • Lead the execution of all US Retail activation plans, collaborating with US online and social marketing as needed
  • Be the voice of the shopper internally, and stay on top of emerging shopper marketing tools and best practices. Make proactive recommendations that will drive the success of graze within retail based on this knowledge.
  • Optimize the graze in-store display presence through the development and deployment of shippers and other merchandising tools
  • Maintain a current and compelling customer selling deck for the Sales Team
  • Analyze monthly consumption data; create and maintain a consumer and customer insight library
  • Manage the US Retail Marketing budget including post-program analyses to obtain ROI on local marketing investment
  • Attend relevant trade shows

What we're looking for in you...

  • Ideally you'll have a couple of years working in a sales/marketing environment in CPG/food!
  • Strong collaborator
  • First class communication and influencing skills
  • Self-starter, able to think and lead independently, generate fresh ideas
  • Passionate, high energy, resilient
  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant working knowledge
